MUSIC LESSONS
Nick Sperry is a professional musician who specializes in trumpet and piano. He studied Jazz Performance in college and brings all of his energy to life with his lessons. He has been providing music lessons to people of all ages for over 15 years. Beginners, intermediate, or advanced players will enjoy refining their skills.
​
It all begins with a comprehensive dialogue to understand what each student is trying to accomplish. Then he will build a lesson plan and schedule that will meet the needs of the student. It is important to remain committed to the lesson plan and practice regularly.
​
Lessons can be held in Nick’s home in Venice, Florida, via ZOOM or he is willing to travel to the student’s home.
​
Once quarterly students will be asked to participate in a recital typically held at his church in Venice, Florida.
​
Nick has played with musicians all over the world and will keep you excited about learning to play.

Nick Sperry was born and raised in Springfield, IL. He has been playing music since he arrived on this earth. He plays more instruments than worth listing but his passions are in playing the trumpet and piano.
​
Nick takes influence from being raised in the church and a love for the blues and jazz that started very young.
He has played his trumpet and piano all over the world solo and filling in with world-class brass bands.
​
He currently resides in Venice, Florida with his life partner, her daughter, cat, dog, and fish. He maintains a close relationship with his father and sister who still reside in Springfield, IL, who inspires him to keep playing from his heart.
​
When not playing music he plans events where he enjoys bringing the community together and booking music for all to enjoy.
